Our truthfulness commitment
- Your tailored resume is written from the content of your original resume and the job posting. We keep a fixed test in which a job posting demands ten skills a sample resume does not contain, and check that none of the ten appear in the tailored output.
- Cover letters, outreach messages and the rest of the career tools are drafted from your resume and the posting. They do not go through that check, so read and edit them before you send them.
- Our instructions to the model are to use only what your resume supports: not to invent employers, job titles, dates, degrees, certifications, metrics or skills.
- Every tailoring run lists the requirements in the job posting that we could not find in your original resume, and tells you if any of them turn up in the tailored version anyway, so you can check the wording yourself.
- We reframe, reorganize, and clarify. We do not manufacture experience you don't have.
What we help you do

What we will not do
We do not position this product as a way to “beat” or “trick” applicant tracking systems, guarantee a job or an interview, or bypass employer screening. Using the platform to knowingly misrepresent your background is a violation of these terms.
